Resignation

Dear Student Ambassadors,

By now many of you may have already heard that I will be resigning from my position as Director of Individual Giving effective April 30th.  Since I had my first baby last year, I have been considering staying home with him.  Now that I have two babies, I know it will be better for me to have more time with my children.  At some point in the future, I hope to come back to the University to work.  For almost six years I have enjoyed working here and I have especially enjoyed the time I spent working with the Ambassadors.  Obviously, I am also resigning my position as one of your sponsors.  I wish you all the best of luck in school and in your careers.  All of you are proven leaders and will succeed in life.  I wish you all the best!  Enjoy college and continue to help the University grow.

Sincerely,
Lisa

Cubicle

We have been granted a cubicle in the new Student Center along with a computer courtesy of the Dep. of Student Development. This is great because we now have a little space to call our own and it will make things a bit more efficient. As soon as finals are over we will need help in doing the following:

* Decorating and organizing the cubicle

* Trying to find a printer, scanner, etc. to go along with the computer we have

* Moving our files and such from Institutional Advancement over to the Student Center

* Working out a way to keep the blazers in the Student Center close by our "office"

Please keep these in mind and after finals I'll e-mail everyone with move-in date and time. Thanks and take care!

Mike H.

Our constitution states that for any amendment to pass all ambassadors must have copies of it for at least 5 working days, then we meet and vote on them. Here are the proposed amendments. Only posted are the lines that may be changed, the rest stays the same. Please review them so that we can all vote when we next meet. Thanks.
