The University Learning Center (ULC), located in Billy Cowart Hall room 205, provides all TAMIU students with academic support in an environment specifically designed to enhance learning.  The staff at the ULC is comprised of graduate and undergraduate individuals, carefully selected and trained to assist students with their academic needs in order to reinforce the classroom experience.
