Dear Retired Faculty & Staff,
On the occasion of our 50th anniversary, we would like to invite you to a gathering of those individuals who contributed so much to what TAMIU is today - our retirees. As such, we have a unique perspective. Some of us worked here in the very early years when the University was just getting off the ground and retired after many years of service. Others of you perhaps joined later, once TAMIU had moved to our present campus.
Whatever your particular work history with the University has been, we helped TAMIU become what it is today and we should celebrate our contributions and share our stories.
Please join us on Saturday March 28th to gather as TAMIU family. The Alumni Association is hosting an impressive reunion to celebrate TAMIU’s birthday, an event that is open to the community. We are hoping that you can join us for food, conversation and good times as we reminisce down “memory lane” on the TAMIU that was part of our career and celebrate the wonderful University it is today.
We are hoping to gather as retirees during the evening event after the main presentation and catch up and perhaps discuss ways in which we can stay connected to the University and be informed about the many events offered on campus and any new developments or degree programs as we continue to grow. Please share and invite your friends and family to this exciting evening.
