study of human behavior within the organization. The course is a topical
coverage includes: (1) individual behavioral issues including perception
and personality, learning, and motivation; (2) group behavioral
issues including communication and decision-making, leadership, power
and politics, moral and ethical issues, conflict, coordination and
cooperation; and (3) behavior of organizations including organizational
structures, cultural systems, policies and practices, and stress.
Prerequisite: Graduate standing. |
