*All students take the Rising Junior Exam at the completion of the nine hours of English stipulated in the Core Curriculum as part of the Language Proficiency Program. Students who do not pass the Rising Junior Exam will be required to take additional English coursework beyond the hours required in their degree plan. For further information, contact the Office of Programs for Academic Support and Enrichment (PASE).
