Economic Integration

| Three semester hours (FL-Even) |
| This
course examines the historical context and forces behind the movement
toward regional economic integration in today's global economy. Case
studies incorporating basic theories and concepts from international
economics, international finance, economic geography, and economic
development are used to understand and predict the welfare consequences
(to nations and individual groups) of existing and proposed economic
integration schemes in different parts of the world. |
