The emphasis of this course is on the role and responsibilities of the superintendent. Major topics are superintendent’s relationship with the school board, legal issues, administration, staff and teacher organizations, and the challenge of educational leadership. Prerequisites: EDAM 5352, EDAM 5354, and EDAM 5356.
