of Real Estate

general introduction to the theories, techniques and terminology of
real estate. The material to be covered will include: real estate
as a business and profession, the nature of the federal, state and
local statutes that pertain to housing discrimination, equal credit
opportunity, and community reinvestment. Prerequisite: FIN 3310.
