| This
class is designed to introduce students to the major concepts, approaches,
methods, theories, and the processes in the evaluation field. In
this course students will learn the primary techniques of evaluation
such as cost-benefit analysis, outcome/performance measurement,
and cost- effectiveness analysis. Prerequisites:Graduate standing
and PSCI 5301 and PADM 5375
or permission of instructor. |
