and Technical Translation

| Three semester hours |
| An analysis of scientific and technical terminology in English and Spanish. Intensive practice in translation from English to Spanish and Spanish to English of texts in medicine, physics, biochemistry, enviroment, ecology, and computer science. Students will be exposed to various types of technical writing found in journal articles, manuals and patents. Prerequisite: TRAN 5320 or TRAN 5321 |
