Dusty's Junior University Summer Camp 2019

Core Class (Geometry & History Boot Camp) Campers will participate in another Educa- tional Boot Camp in Geometry and History. These important subjects will be presented to them thru fun educational activities. Students will continue to develop their research skills by writing short research papers, making presen- tations to the class and participating in group discussions. Basic Geometry elements will also be introduced as this area is being tested in their STAAR exam. Session 3, Block 4 Session 4, Block 4 Mock Trials Campers will learn first-hand the process of what a criminal trial consists of. These young attorneys will be assigned a case and then will present to the class. Campers will have fun defending their client in a mock trial and put to the test their public speaking, persuasive and critical thinking skills. Session 4, Block 2
