Planetarium’s ‘Santa’ Offers Seasonal Treat for Kids, Ends Dec. 22

‘Santa’ and ‘Season of Light’ Bring
Holiday Treat to TAMIU Planetarium

Start a new tradition this holiday season by visiting the Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) Lamar Bruni Vergara Science Center (LBVSC) Planetarium for “Santa Over Laredo” and “Season of Light,” two films that combine astronomy and holiday traditions.

General admission tickets cost $5 and tickets for TAMIU students, faculty and staff and children under 12 are $4. Buy a ticket for a second showing on the same day and save $2 off the second ticket.

Last showings for the year will be on Thursday, December 21 and Friday, December 22.

The University will close for the holidays at noon on Friday, Dec. 22.  Offices will reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2007

Spring 2007 classes begin Tuesday, Jan. 16.
