Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) has been awarded top ranking status for seven degree programs by online source Intelligent.com.

TAMIU was selected by the comprehensive research guide based on an assessment of 2,277 accredited colleges and universities. Each program was evaluated for curriculum quality, graduation rate, reputation, and post-graduate employment.

The 2021 rankings were calculated through a unique scoring system which includes student engagement, potential return on investment, and leading third-party evaluations. Intelligent.com analyzed thousands of schools with comparable programs on a scale of 0 to 100. The methodology uses an algorithm that collects and analyzes multiple rankings into one score to easily compare each university’s degree program.

TAMIU President Dr. Pablo Arenaz said that the rankings are a testament to TAMIU’s commitment to providing top quality education at an affordable price.

“Since the University's founding 50 years ago, generations of students have realized their higher education dreams, supported by TAMIU’s commitment to higher education excellence, accessibility and affordability,” Dr. Arenaz said, “These rankings, which highlight programs in four of TAMIU’s Colleges or Schools, serve to affirm our continued and lasting dedication to our mission.”
