TAMIU Campus Closed Saturday for Connection

The Texas A&M International University campus will be closed Saturday, July 31 in order for a critical connection to occur from new construction to TAMIU's electrical grid.

No electricity will be available on campus from Saturday 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. University Village will not be affected.

All services and events at the University have been suspended.

The Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library is scheduled to reopen on Sunday, Aug. 1, from noon to 8 p.m.

University Police will restrict Saturday entry to the campus with the exception of residents of University Village.
