Art Exhibit and Reception Set at TAMIU Sept. 10

Art Exhibit and Reception at
TAMIU Sept. 10

The Texas A&M International University Fall 2009 fine arts season kicks off with an exhibit featuring detailed ink drawings and sculptures by Brian Row. The exhibit opens with a reception Thursday, Sept. 10 from 5 – 7:30 p.m. in the TAMIU Center for the Fine and Performing Arts Gallery.

This event is free and open to the public, but some of the art is for mature audiences only.

“My interests are in the human condition. The works are symbolic representations of the world in which we live and interact. A paradoxical detachment is relative to the highly charged content,” writes Row in his artist’s statement.
