Request Reminders

All projects require a minimum of 10 days once they have been accepted. More elaborate projects will require additional lead time.

  • Please note that work on your request will not begin until ALL approved materials are received.
  • Only submit copy that has been approved by all involved in your project initiative.

We will design, recommend paper and ink selections, and provide you with a draft for your review prior to printing.

The requestor is responsible for securing and paying for printing services if using an outside vendor. Please contact the TAMIU Purchasing Office for procedures and standards to do so.

For any of the following actions, please contact workzone@tamiu.edu:

  • Reset passwords
  • Add new users
  • Remove users
  • Cancel projects.
