Most of our classes are taught to accommodate most skill levels during a class unless otherwise noted. Intensity and quantity of a given class is determined by each individual member. You can vary each class intensity by changing the size of weight you use (if class requires weight equipment) or by performing the modifications your instructor may recommend.

Belly, Butt & Thighs (BBT) Meltdown/BOSU Boot camp Express –BBT Meltdown focuses on toning your core and lower extremity muscles by incorporating cardio, balance and body weight training techniques with a combination of balance, jump and resistance training, while BOSU Boot camp Express helps you trim and tone your entire body by using a 30 lb. stability ball for a killer 30-minute workout. Cycling: Love cycling? Come jam out with Frank Rotnofsky for this 50 minute cycle routine that will blast stress and fat away. The cadence (RPM's) is light to medium resistance aerobic zone exercise. The workout emphasizes: cardiovascular training and calorie/ fat burn.
