Lolitas Bistro opened its doors in September 2012. Chef Maita’s passion for food and hospitality inspired the idea of creating a restaurant that offers a unique and casual fine-dining experience with fresh quality ingredients in every dish. With much dedication and hard work, Lolitas Bistro has become a premier restaurant in Laredo, Texas. The neighborhood bistro boasts an eclectic dining room and an outdoor garden patio serving lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. It offers international fare with a Latino twist and is the perfect spot for a quaint night out, also featuring an array of singular-crafted cocktails made fresh to order from scratch.
Gabriela Fernandez has been a client since 2013 and has worked with Norma L. Rodriguez, Certified Business Advisor, with starting her business, payroll, QuickBooks, and human resources. She is also a graduate of the Small Business Management Program.
