Emergency Notification

TAMIU provides an emergency notification system called DustyALRT that delivers emergency messages to students and employees via text or e-mail. TAMIU will use the system only to provide official notification of University emergencies, closures, or cancellations. It provides an innovative addition to the existing methods the University has in place to alert the community to emergencies.

Please note that although the initial setup uses your Net ID and password, a new set of credentials is created. If you change your Net ID password, your DustyALRT password will remain the same as when you first made it. If you already have an account, please update your contact information here: DustyALRT

Subscribers to DustyALRT will pay no fees for the service other than any regular fees associated with text messaging services. DustyALRT is for emergency messaging only and will not be used to distribute advertising or other unsolicited content.
