TAMIU Acquires Treviño Regional After seven months of preparation and a life’s worth of work, the Rose Treviño Regional History Special Collection has found a permanent home at the Texas A&M International University Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library Special Collections and Archives. Rose Ella Tarver Treviño, an award-winning photographer, published poet, historian, and a vocational archeologist, donated hundreds of books and photographs relating to archeological endeavors and historical interests she collected while taking part in many excavations in Texas, Central America and Mexico. |

Registration Underway at TAMIU Before your children complain about having nothing to do, enroll them in Mexican ballet folklórico classes this fall at Texas A&M International University. Classes will be held Saturdays from Sept. 10 through Nov. 19, 2005. |

Housing Reservations Urgedat TAMIU for FallHousing requests at Texas A&M International University are on the rise and University officials are urging students reserve their rooms for this Fall in order to insure accommodation. Two housing options are now available at TAMIU: University Village on the campus' west side, and the new Residential Learning Community on the east side of the campus. Combined, both facilities have the capability of housing 650 residents. |
