Vendor Information

Artwork provided for publications printed externally is produced by the University’s Office of Public Relations, Marketing and Information Services, utilizing the Macintosh platform. Software supported includes current editions of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoShop).

Corel files are not available.

NO OTHER SOFTWARE OR PLATFORM WILL BE SUPPORTED.

The Office can provide artwork electronically as locked PDF, JPEG, GIFF or TIFF Files or eps vector files and can provide artwork to FTP sites designated by the Vendor. Artwork can also be provided on CD and mailed to the vendor at the client’s expense.

A blue line, Epson color proof and paper sample are required for final approval prior to production of large print jobs such as catalogs and magazines. For any other projects, such as promo items, an electronic proof will suffice.

NO OTHER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AND VENDORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CAREFULLY CHECK THEIR SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE COMPATIBILITY WHEN CONSIDERING A PROJECT BID.
