LOCAL/COMMUNITY MEDIA OUTLETS As appropriate, the office of Public Relations Marketing and Information Services staff may directly reach out to local news media, radio stations, and newspapers, via verified email addresses or phone call, to disseminate emergency information to members of the larger community including neighbors, parents, and other interested parties.
