68 SANCTIONS Any University student or member of the faculty or staff who violates the prohibitions regarding violence and threats will be subject to disciplinary action ranging from reprimand or probation, to dismissal, suspension, or expulsion. Any guest or visitor to the University who does so may be immediately removed and barred from re-entering the campus and participating in University programs and activities. The following sanctions may be imposed by the University on students following an institutional disciplinary proceeding on allegations of dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
