Captions and Transcripts Access ibi l i ty 30 In an effort to assist faculty with captioning and transcripts for their audio/video needs, the Office of Distance Education and Instructional Technology has devised different methodologies. We have processes in place for these types of media: Films on Demand Cassette Tapes VHS Tapes All types of DVD’s Programs and websites: Captioning process: Other audio/video: YouTube TED Talks Echo 360 Lecture Capture Our captioning processes take between one and four business days, depending on the length and quality of the original item provided. If you have another type or source of audio/video, let us know so we can develop a process to meet your needs.
