I am so proud to say that not only am I from Laredo, but that I was educated in Laredo and I feel that it is my personal responsibility to give back to my community.
TAMIU changed my life because it taught me to carry myself professionally, understand the importance of deadlines and key business concepts such as supply and demand and risk calculation. My advice to current business students is to make sure they carry their vision to reality.
I am completely convinced that having attended the Sanchez School of Business gave me the foundation and preparation necessary to develop a business and be in the big league, which is the United States. "

Lise and Clement
TAMIU welcomes students from over 33 different countries, most attracted by the excellence of instruction, program affordability and immersive opportunity to live and learn at an international crossroads of commerce and culture.
Lise Vanwalscappel and Clement Chaudonneret were part of our international student population. Both earned an MBA from Texas A&M International University, and from Montpellier Business School. They describe their experience in Laredo as amazing. In particular, they say they felt warmly welcomed by everyone. They loved the city, the people and the culture, and describe Laredo as a terrific place… with admittedly warm weather. While in school, they felt challenged and worked very hard, and believe that the School of Business was both well-equipped and well-staffed.
The School offered them what they needed to be productive and successful students. Both say they miss Laredo and share hopes of returning to the United States.
Now back in France, Lise works with Procter and Gamble in Geneva, Switzerland in Consumer Market Knowledge. Clement works for Danone (Dannon in the U.S.), in Nancy, France, where he is a Business Development Manager.
The Sanchez School wishes Lise and Clement well!
