Welcome to the Office of Career Services
at
Texas A&M International University!
We provide services for PROSPECTIVE AND CURRENT STUDENTS: information on grant opportunities, jobs, internship, career counseling and an e-mentor program, and upcoming events.
We provide services for PARENTS: information on career planning, making career choices, and other resources.
We provide services for TAMIU STAFF, FACULTY AND RECRUITERS: Post jobs opportunities for our student and
graduates, read our graduate employment report, and access
our E-Mentor program.
We provide services for ALUMNI: Access our E-Alumni database and sign up to be an E-Mentor.
I am also excited to share with you some of our successes this past academic year. Did you know that in Fiscal Year 08-09:
- 62% of the employers made a hire through our services;
- 667 jobs were created for our students and alumni; and
- 8,132 students, alumni and employers met with our office staff.

Our Mission
The Office of Career Services, which serves under the Office of Institutional Advancement, will assist potential, current and former students to identify, explore, select and enter career programs and employment opportunities.
