Transformational Leadership

Three semester hours.

This course focuses on the analysis, synthesis and application of management science to address current and emerging change and transition in health care systems. Leadership styles for quality/cost management, with a focus on transformational leadership, will be examined. Prerequisite: NURS 5320.
