BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING

Registered Nurse students are admitted in the Spring semester on a space available basis and upon completion of all core coursework. Students are responsible for reviewing the Program of Study Requirements and the requirements of the Dr. F. M. Canseco School of Nursing; and must meet foreign language and writing intensive course requirements for graduation. See Academic Regulations-Undergraduate. Admission into the nursing program is highly competitive and completion of prerequisites does not guarantee admission. Please refer to the CONHS Student Handbook for more information on admission into the program.

**Upon successful completion of the NURS 3510 (Trans to Prof Roles), 30 credits (10 upper division and 20 lower division) will be transferred in from previous nursing coursework.

The seven nursing courses required for completion of the degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing for Registered Nurses can be completed in two long semesters.
