TAMIU Health Services Offering Free Vision and Glaucoma Testing Nov. 8

Texas A&M International University's Student Health Services will offer free Vision and Glaucoma Testing for TAMIU students and staff and their families Wednesday, November 8, from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. in the Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library-Administration Building Room 161 West.

Respected ophthalmologist Dr. Alfredo Trevino, Jr. will conduct the free vision and glaucoma testing.

The glaucoma testing is painless and will not affect vision. Persons over the age of 30 are especially encouraged to take advantage of the glaucoma testing

Glaucoma is often painless and without symptoms in its early stages. Annual glaucoma testing can detect the disease before vision is affected or blindness occurs.

TAMIU office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
