Our mission is to provide innovation, leadership, and operational support for the University's information technology (IT) environment, ensuring the availability and reliability of technology-based information management infrastructure and tools that support the University's mission of teaching, research, and public service.

New OIT Support Portal Coming Soon

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) will launch a new online support portal to streamline requests for eLearning, Audio-Visual, and general IT support services.

The new OIT Support Portal will provide employees with a centralized platform to submit support requests, track their progress, and access helpful resources. Users will be able to log in using their TAMIU employee credentials to create and manage service requests.

Remote support sessions will continue without interruption and can still be initiated using the OIT Support icon on your desktop. The portal will also feature a knowledge base, troubleshooting resources, and a dedicated FAQ section to help address common questions and technical issues.

To help OIT resolve requests as efficiently as possible, employees are encouraged to provide detailed information when submitting support tickets.
