We're Excited to announce a New OIT Support Portal Coming August 10, 2026

The Office of Information Technology is excited to announce the launch of a new centralized OIT Support Portal, beginning August 10, 2026. Designed to enhance the technology support experience for students, faculty, and staff, the new portal provides a single location to:

  • Request IT, Audio-Visual, and eLearning support
  • Track the status of support requests
  • Access self-service resources and troubleshooting guides
  • Browse frequently asked questions (FAQs)

The new portal will make it easier to connect with OIT, improve communication throughout the support process, and help us deliver faster, more efficient service.

Remote support will continue to be available through the OIT Support desktop icon.

For more information about the new OIT Support Portal, including access instructions and available services, visit www.tamiu.edu/oit beginning August 10, 2026.

For assistance, contact the OIT Help Desk at 956.326.2310.
