TAMIU Begins Career Planning Workshop Series

The Texas A&M International University Office of Career Planning and Placement will hold a series of free workshops to assist TAMIU students in achieving their career goals. The workshops, which range in topics from job search strategies to time management skills, run through May. The number of participants is not limited, however, students are asked to preregister to attend any workshop.

Registration forms are available from the Office of Career Planning and Placement, located in the Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library-Administration Building Room 157 West.

Sujatha Clemons, Director of the Office of Career Planning and Placement, urges University students to heighten their employment skills by attending these workshops. "It is very important for students to prepare for their careers because the job market is so competitive now," she said.
