TAMIU Alumni Association Scholarship Deadline Nears

The deadline for acceptance of applications for the Texas A&M International University Alumni Association Scholarship is Monday, July 1, 199 6 at 5 p.m.

The Alumni Association is awarding at least one undergraduate and one graduate scholarship to a deserving TAMIU student enrolling for classes th is upcoming Fall Semester.

The undergraduate award is $500 per long semester with a $1,000 maximum for the year while the graduate award is $150 per course for up to fo ur courses for a $600 maximum per year.

The Fall Semester begins Aug. 26. Early registration is underway through June 28. Final registration will be Aug. 21-22.

The application forms for the Texas A&M International University Alumni Association Scholarship are available at the Office of Financial Aid (3 26-2225) and Office of Enrollment Management and School Relations (326-2270) a t TAMIU, 5201 University Boulevard.

TAMIU office hours are from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
