TAMIU Signs Agreement with San Luis Potosi

Texas A&M International University's College of Business Administration and Graduate School of International Trade and Business Administration has signed an umbrella agreement with the Universidad Autonoma de San Luis Potosi in Mexico.

The umbrella agreement will cover general arrangements for faculty and student exchange, research and degree development.

Signing the historic accord were TAMIU Interim President Jose Garcia and Dr. Jaime V. Mendez, Rector of the Universidad Autonoma de San Luis Potosi.

TAMIU holds a number of similar agreements with universities throughout central and Latin Americana and Europe.

The University has most recently entered into similar agreements with the Universidad Autonoma de Coahuila in Saltillo and the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores (ITESM) of Monterrey, N. L., Mexico.
