Texas A&M International University's 1996-1997 catalog is now available on-line at the University's Home Page.

To access the on-line catalog, Internet users should enter the A&M International Home Page at http://www.tamiu.edu then open the "Official 1996-1997 Catalog" link.

The on-line catalog is available in two file formats--a readable HTML file which will allow users to immediately browse through the catalog or a downloadable PDF file for later viewing and printing.

Information available from either format of the on-line catalog includes general information on A&M International, information of the University's Division of Student Affairs, undergraduate and graduate academic regulations, and undergraduate and graduate degree listings, course descriptions, and faculty listings for the University's four Colleges--Arts and Humanities, Business Administration, Education, and Science and Technology.

Catalog coordinator Phillip J. Lane, Assistant to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, said the on-line catalog will provide global access to A&M International's catalog.

"Now people anywhere in the world with Internet capabilities can access our catalog 24-hours a day, any day of the year," said Lane.

Traditional copies of the A&M International 1996-1997 catalog are also available and may be obtained free of charge from the University's Office of the Registrar, located in the Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library-Administration Building 168 West.
