Texas A&M Slates Advisement Sessions For Education Students Oct. 21-24

Texas A&M International University students who are majoring in Elementary or Secondary Education must attend an Advisement Session October 21, 22, or 24 in order to be cleared to register for Block I or Block II courses for the Spring 1997 semester.

Post-baccalaureate students on certificate or deficiency plans must also attend an Advisement Session to be cleared to register for Block I or II courses.

Students planning to begin Block I courses during the Spring semester must attend an Advisement Session on Monday, October 21 in Bullock Hall room 114 from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. or 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Block I courses include EDCI 3301, EDCI 3303, EDRD 3303, and EDCI 3101.

Students planning to register for Block II courses during the Spring semester must attend an Advisement Session on Tuesday, October 22 from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. in Bullock Hall room 113.

Block II courses include EDCI 3305, EDME 4324, EDRD 3309, and EDCI 3103.

A final Advisement Session for students planning to register for Block I or Block II courses who did not attend a previous session is scheduled for Thursday, October 24 from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. in Bullock Hall room 113 and 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. in Bullock Hall room 223.

Students should bring the following to their Advisement Session: a current degree plan, current unofficial transcripts, current overall grade point average, and documentation of TASP completion (copy of the TASP Score Report).
