University Hosts Drug and Alcohol Awareness Oct. 15

Texas A&M International University will host the second annual Drug and Alcohol Awareness Exhibition on Tuesday, October 15 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. outside of Building C on the University's main campus, 5201 University Boulevard.

The Exhibition is free and open to A&M International students and staff as well as members of the community.

Representatives from city, state, and federal agencies will be on hand to provide information and literature concerning alcohol and drug abuse and their effects on our lives and the lives of our loved ones.

Featured event at the Exposition will be a Drug and Alcohol Toss in which participants can toss simulated drugs and alcohol out of their lives.

The Exhibition is being sponsored by A&M International's Offices of Student Health Services, Student Development, Human Resources, and the University Police.
