Registration Underway for Foreign Language Classes at University

Community members who wish to register for 3-week conversational courses in Italian, French, English, Spanish, or German to be offered at Texas A&M International University in July are reminded to enroll by Friday, June 27.

Interested persons may register for the conversational courses at the University's International Language Institute (ILI) offices located in the Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library-Administration Building room 214 East.

The short conversational courses will be held at the University's main campus Monday - Friday July 7 - 25.

Beginning Italian, Beginning French, and Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced English are scheduled from 10 a.m. - 12 noon.

Beginning and Intermediate Spanish and Beginning German are scheduled from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.

Spanish for Children is scheduled from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.

A placement exam is required for English and Spanish courses.

Tuition for the conversational courses is $150 per course.

Maximum class size is 10 students.
