A&M International Student Ambassadors Seek Members

Texas A&M International University students who wish to join the A&M International Student Ambassadors are urged to submit membership applications to the Student Ambassador office by Friday, August 8.

The A&M International Student Ambassadors, a student service organization, serve as a liaison between students and administrators, provide campus tours to visitors, assist representatives of the University at recruitment events, and act as hosts for various campus functions.

The Student Ambassadors also participate in major University-sponsored events including the Annual Dusty Golf Tournament, and Commencement.

To be eligible to join the A&M International Student Ambassadors, continuing and new transfer students must have at least a 2.0 grade point average. New freshmen must have graduated in the top 20% of their high school class to be eligible.

For more information on the A&M International Student Ambassadors, please call the Student Ambassadors at 326-2731 or visit their office in Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library-Administration Building Room 158 West. Office hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday.
