TOEFL Preparation Course Offered at A&M International

Texas A&M International University's International Language Institute (ILI) will offer a TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) Preparation Course August 18 - October 1, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons, from 1 - 3 p.m.

The 40-hour course is specifically geared towards students who must take the TOEFL Exam for admissions purposes. Instruction is offered in all three exam areas of grammar, listening and reading comprehension.

Tuition for the course is $200. Registration and payment processing may be completed at ILI offices located in the Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library-Administration Building room 214 East.

Deadline to register is August 13.

Two TOEFL Exams will be administered at A&M International this Fall. The TOEFL Exams are scheduled for October 10 and December 5. Any international student who needs to take the TOEFL for admission into A&M International may register for the exam.

There is no prerequisite for the exam, and a student may take it as many times as is necessary to pass.

Registration fee for the TOEFL Exam is $38. Interested persons should register for the exam at ILI offices. Exam registration deadlines are September 1 for the October exam and October 31 for the December exam.
