A&M International Alumni Association Meeting Sept. 17

The Texas A&M International University Alumni Association will hold their monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 17 in Building C, Room 201 on the University's main campus, 5201 University Boulevard.

Former students and graduates of Texas A&I University at Laredo, Laredo State University and Texas A&M International University are invited to attend.

The meeting will include: a welcome from new Alumni Association President Susan E.W. Nichols; presentation of the goals for 1997-98 along with a calendar of planned projects and upcoming events; election of President-Elect, Secretary and Treasurer; and announcement of new benefits for Alumni Association members.

Alumni Association meetings are held monthly on the third Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in Building C room 201.

Among the Association's accomplishments are the establishment of scholarship and loan programs to assist undergraduate and graduate students.
