Jennett Named to Governor's Executive Development Program

Dr. Charles Jennett, Texas A&M International University president, has been selected a member of Class XVI of the Governor's Executive Development Program.

Dr. Barry Bales, Director of the Program, said Jennett will join a select group of State leaders that the three-week program aims to help extend, expand and better utilize strong leadership skills in service to the people of Texas.

Over 600 alumni have completed the program. Most recently, Joe Garcia, A&M International Vice President for Finance and Administration, completed the program.

The program is an initiative of the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin and the Governor's Office.
