A&M International Invites Astronomy Buffs to Planetary Viewing Thursday

Members of the community who wish to get a close up look at the planets Venus, Jupiter, and Saturn, the moon, and other astronomical bodies are invited to attend a free public viewing session at Texas A&M International University on Thursday evening.

The viewing session will be held at the University's main campus, 5201 University Boulevard, on Thursday, November 6, from 8 - 10 p.m. on the patio area between Pellegrino Hall and Canseco Hall.

A high-powered telescope and high-quality binoculars will be set up for visitors.

The free event is sponsored by the University's Astronomy Club.
