A&M International Offers Recreational Sports This Summer

Texas A&M International University's Recreational Sports office will offer organized play in a variety of sports this summer for University students, staff, and faculty.

Sports on tap for Summer include table tennis, bike racing, indoor soccer, cross country running, and basketball. Play will include men's and women's divisions.

Deadline to register for Table Tennis is Friday, June 5, with play set to begin Monday, June 8.

Deadline to register for either Bike Racing and Indoor Soccer is June 11. Bike Racing begins June 13 and Indoor Soccer begins June 15.

Registration deadline for Cross Country Meet is June 18. The Meet will be held on June 20.

Deadline to sign up for 3-on-3 Basketball is July 10 with play beginning July 13.

Basketball League play begins July 20 with registration deadline July 16.

Persons who wish to participate in the recreational sports activities should sign up in the Recreational Sports office located in the Kinesiology/Convocation Building room 107

Recreational Sports facilities are open from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and 5 - 9 p.m. Monday - Friday, and 5 - 9 p.m. Saturday.
