University Reminds Students of TOEFL Exam Deadline

International students who wish to take the Institutional TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) Exam at Texas A&M International University on Dec. 8 must register for the exam by Friday, Nov. 6.

Registration fee for the exam is $38. Registration and payment processing may be completed at the University's International Language Institute, located in the Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library, room 214.

The Institutional TOEFL Exam is designed for international students who need to take the TOEFL for admission into A&M International. There is no prerequisite for the exam, and a student may take it as many times as is necessary to pass.

The Institutional TOEFL Exam will also be administered on Dec. 8, Mar. 5, and May 7.

The International TOEFL, for international students who wish to apply for admission to another university or who need to take the TOEFL for Visa or residency purposes, will be administered on computer at A&M International on Nov. 18 and 19. Registration fee for the International TOEFL is $100. Registration deadline is Nov. 16.
