A&M International Offers "State Employee Training Course" Feb. 18

Texas A&M International University will hold a special one-day "State Employee Training Course" at the University on Thursday, Feb. 18 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. in Bullock Hall room 104.

The course will be conducted by Harry W. Stege, Chief of University Police at A&M International. Topics to be covered include Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the drug-free workplace, sexual harassment, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).

Tuition is $30 per participant. Tuition payment by voucher and purchase order payment will be accepted, however arrangements should be made prior to the class date by calling the University's Office of Continuing Education at (956) 326-2700.

Interested persons may register for the course by calling the University's Office of Continuing Education or visiting offices located in the Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library, room 332.
