Halloween Kids Fun Run Set at A&M International Sun., Oct. 31

Kids ages 12 and under can have a frightfully good time at a D.A.R.E. Halloween Kids Fun Run at Texas A&M International University Sunday, Oct. 31 at 9 a.m. in the south parking lot.

Entry fee for the 1-mile Fun Run is $2 per child. Proceeds benefit the University Police Department's D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program.

Registration will be held immediately before the Fun Run at 8 a.m. A parent's signature is required for all participants.

Halloween Fun Run participants may run in costume or athletic attire.

Trophies will be awarded for first, second, and third place for participants in the following age groups: 5 years and under, 6 - 7, 8 - 9, and 10 - 12. Overall boy and overall girl trophies will also be awarded as well as first, second, and third place trophies for schools with the most student participation.
