University Offers Continuing Ed. Seminar on Home Equity

Texas A&M International University's Office of Continuing Education is offering a "Successful Equity Management Seminar" on Wednesday and Thursday April 26 and 27 from 7 - 9 p.m. in Pellegrino Hall room 101.

Tuition is $25 and each paid registrant may enroll a spouse or guest for free. Interested persons may register for the class by visiting the University's Office of Continuing Education, located in the Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library, room 431.

The seminar offers a conservative approach to home equity management that helps participants analyze their situation, minimum taxes, and take advantage of opportunities. The seminar will also explain misconceptions about stockpiling savings in home equity and provide strategies that help build a secure future.

Following the seminar, participants will be entitled to an optional private consultation with the instructors.
