A&M International Representatives On High School Campuses

Throughout the semester, local high school students will have easy access to Texas A&M International University representatives, who can provide information, answers and assistance in continuing the student's education.

The representatives will be at each public high school campus twice a week for about two hours each visit. They can discuss the benefits of attending the University and help students with the application process, academic testing, financial aid and concurrent enrollment.

The locations, days, times and representatives are as follows:

Nixon High School Counseling Center -- Mondays 1-3 p.m. and Tuesdays 9-11:30 a.m. --Diedra Cantú.

United South High School -- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. -- Armando Alvarado.

Martin High School -- Mondays 12:30-3:30 p.m. and Wednesdays 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m. --Armando Alvarado.

Cigarroa High School Counseling Center -- Mondays 1:30-3:30 p.m. and Tuesdays 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. -- Jerry Alva.

Alexander High School Library -- Tuesdays 1:30-3:30 p.m. and Thursdays 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. -- Jerry Alva.

United High School Cafetorium -- Tuesdays 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and Thursdays 1:30-3:30 p.m. -- Gina De La Miyar.

University office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday, Tuesday and Friday and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday.
