At Texas A&M International University, the Community Organization Leading Others to Responsibility and Success (C.O.L.O.R.S.), a pre-fraternal club working to establish a Latino co-ed fraternity at TAMIU, hopes to ensure a bright Christmas for many Laredo families this year.

Members will be taking Christmas tree donations from the community from Nov. 20 through Dec. 4. They will pick up the trees Dec. 4 and 5 and distribute them to families on Dec. 6 and 7.

In addition, C.O.L.O.R.S members are collecting ornaments from the TAMIU community. Drop boxes are available on campus at the Police Department, the Student Center Info Desk, the Day Care Center, the Athletic Department and in the Student Center room 229, cubicle 23 through Dec. 4. In addition, members will be collecting ornaments on Dec. 2 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library Breezeway and on Dec. 3 and 4 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

C.O.L.O.R.S. is dedicated to the personal and collective growth of members as well as success and unity through education leadership.
